- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪To say they work in a care profession the reception staff at Hedon Group Practice are some of the most rude and uncaring people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to, it's also near impossible to get an appointment when you actually want one and you will never see the same doctor twice. However if you don't mind waiting over a week to get an appointment and like being spoken too like you're inferior to someone with an NVQ level 2 in admin then I would definitely recommend coming here.by Liesal CoatesNovember 22, 2017
